C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Assistant to join a leading global private markets firm, supporting a busy Deal Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative environment in a fully office-based role (5 days per week) in Central London.
About the Role and Company
Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Hybrid set up: Office based, 5 days in office

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting a busy Deal Team and senior stakeholders
- Complex diary management across multiple executives
- Coordinating international travel, meetings and investor-facing schedules
- Supporting live transactions and time-sensitive deal activity
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations and key documentation
- Processing expenses and ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations
- Organising team events, offsites and internal initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisers

Background and Experience
The company is looking for:
- Prior experience supporting a Deal Team is strongly preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using AI-enabled productivity tools
- Discreet, professional and highly detail-oriented
