Executive Assistant – Investment Firm

West End, London | £60,000 | Bonus & Benefits | Monday–Thursday Office, Friday WFH

We’re partnering with a successful investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Founding Partner, Partner and wider investment team.

This is a hands-on, varied EA role for someone who enjoys being genuinely close to the people they support. Your primary relationship will be with the Founding Partner, providing seamless business and private support and becoming someone they can rely on to anticipate what’s coming, use good judgement and keep both their professional and personal commitments running smoothly.

Alongside this, you’ll provide lighter-touch support to a Partner and work closely with the wider investment team, making this an ideal opportunity for an EA who enjoys the pace and commerciality of an investment environment but also wants the relationship and trust that comes with dedicated senior-level support.

The team is close-knit, ambitious and busy. They’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, gets to know how their executives operate and takes genuine satisfaction from making things happen behind the scenes.

The Role

  • Providing high-level business and private EA support to the Founding Partner.
  • Building a trusted one-to-one partnership, anticipating requirements and staying ahead of changing priorities.
  • Managing a complex and fluid diary, confidently prioritising meetings and protecting the Founding Partner’s time.
  • Coordinating detailed UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and changing itineraries.
  • Managing private appointments, reservations, travel and personal administration as required.
  • Providing day-to-day EA support to a Partner, including diary and travel management.
  • Supporting the wider investment team with meetings, travel and ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings with investors, advisers and other senior stakeholders.
  • Processing expenses and maintaining accurate administration.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact internally and externally.
  • Handling highly confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.
  • Working proactively across the team and stepping in wherever support is needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
