Mischief is a global entertainment sensation, creating award-winning comedy for stage, screen, and beyond. Mischief is serious about silliness, currently celebrating over twelve years in the West End, as well as bringing joy and laughter to audiences around the world.

Mischief Worldwide Ltd (MWL) holds the rights to Mischief projects to help people around the world make Mischief, and to support, develop, and license the rights of all the creative individuals who contribute to Mischief work. MWL is also the Mischief hub: a central place for strategy, joined-up thinking, communicating internally as a broader Mischief gang, and externally to stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join MWL as Mischief continues to grow globally. We are looking for an experienced executive assistant, whose primary focus will be assisting the MWL CEO and the Mischief Creative Directors. We need a highly organized, diligent individual who has a flexible, proactive, and common-sense approach to their work. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to an emotionally intelligent and highly organized EA who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable operating in a warm yet professional manner. The successful candidate will be adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Overall Purpose of the Job

To provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to the CEO, Creative Director, and Artistic Director. To support with the administration of Mischief’s creative development slate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management, coordinating and minuting meetings across varying time zones for three Senior leaders
  • Manage arrangements for all UK and international trips and travel
  • Point of contact for all phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries for the Senior leadership team
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Preparing correspondence, briefings, and meeting documentation
  • Support with researching potential projects and managing supporting documentation
  • Supporting governance and leadership activities within a complex organizational structure
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage and reconcile expenses and card statements
  • Support delivery of key development milestones
  • Supporting with office operations, liaising with suppliers, and supporting with basic IT troubleshooting
  • Actively uphold Mischief values and contribute to a collaborative, friendly, and supportive working environment
  • Always maintain confidentiality, particularly regarding embargo periods and developing work
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Who We Need

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience of supporting multiple busy Executives, preferably including Creatives
  • Confidence managing up, and being a firm but friendly gatekeeper
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Well organized and calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving ability
  • Proven administrative and planning experience
  • Methodical administrative and business management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Excellent numerical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent independent judgement
  • Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Strong initiative and the ability to ‘make things happen’
  • Passion for the arts and media
  • Ability to adapt communication style depending on context

Further Information

  • Contract term: Permanent
  • Working Hours: Normally 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with a lunch break of one hour
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday per year, plus public holidays
