Executive Assistant
Location: Canary Wharf, Bank Street
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 days in the office
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide fast, efficient, and high-level support to the Co-Head of EMEA Real Estate and a Vice Chairman within the Investment Banking Division Management team. The ideal candidate will have direct investment banking or IBD experience, along with a proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.

What You'll Do
- Exclusive control of business schedules, managing complex diaries and acting as gatekeeper
- Arrange internal/external meetings, including video and conference calls
- Coordinate all travel bookings, visas, and itineraries within company policy
- Process monthly expenses accurately and in a timely manner using internal systems
- Maintain CRM systems and assist with event coordination
- Provide absence cover as part of a strong buddy network within the team
What You Bring
- Proven experience providing Executive Assistant support to C-suite or senior-level executives within Investment Banking
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage constantly changing priorities
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook)
- Experience with expense systems (e.g., Concur) and online travel booking tools
- Prior experience with CRM systems and platforms such as Zoom is desirable
