We’re excited to welcome an Executive Assistant to our Retail Products function, a team focused on developing propositions that drive growth and deliver exceptional value for our members. This is a fast-paced environment at the heart of the business, where your ability to stay organised, composed and forward-thinking will make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll support directors and senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and providing seamless organisational support. You’ll be confident working with autonomy, proactive in anticipating needs, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong relationship-building skills will be key, as you engage with a wide range of stakeholders across a collaborative, high-performing team.

For this job, you'll be assigned to our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be two times a year in any or our UK offices. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
