Executive Assistant to the CEO
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Executive Assistant to join a world-renowned organisation at their Head Office in Maidenhead as EA to the CEO. The role requires exceptional judgement, resilience, the confidence to manage competing demands and challenge where appropriate.
The CEO's role is very prominent and involves extensive worldwide travel to attend high profile events and meet with VVIPs, foreign dignitaries, government officials and UHNW individuals, therefore we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and sense of confidentiality.
Alongside a competitive salary of up to £57k there is an outstanding benefits package including: 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, plus Christmas shutdown in addition to holiday allowance, additional holiday allowance in line with long service, excellent pension scheme with up to 10% employer contribution, hybrid working options, life assurance and more.

The EA is responsible for one direct report who will provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing an extremely complex and evolving diary
- Preparing detailed itineraries and briefing documents for all appointments and meetings, as well as correspondence, reports, presentations etc
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Preparing detailed Agendas and Board Packs for quarterly Board meetings including collating and circulating papers in good time, arranging venues and ensuring all that attendees are fully prepared
- Attending quarterly Board meetings and other Leadership meetings to coordinate, troubleshoot issues and take minutes
- Coordinating Executive Leadership Team activity and follow-up actions
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Handling sensitive communications
- Managing competing requests for the CEO’s time
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the organisation
- Anticipating issues and resolving them before they reach the CEO

This role requires impeccable attention to detail, high levels of professionalism, discretion and diplomacy, and the confidence to challenge and influence at the most senior level. The CEO is looking for someone who will build trusted relationships throughout the organisation and who, in time, will become a genuine business partner.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days a week at the Head Office in Maidenhead as well as willingness to travel as required with the CEO.
