Key Responsibilities

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a senior executive
  • Complex diary, inbox and stakeholder management
  • Acting as a strategic gatekeeper and trusted business partner
  • Coordinating global travel, logistics and high-profile meetings
  • Preparing research, briefings and meeting materials
  • Managing key relationships and maintaining contact databases
  • Supporting projects, business initiatives and operational processes
  • Anticipating priorities and proactively driving efficiencies
  • Handling highly confidential information with discretion
  • Providing occasional personal support where required

Background and Experience

The company is looking for an Executive Assistant with:

  • Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives within investment, private capital, financial services or similarly high-performing environments
  • Experience operating as a true right-hand support partner
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead
  • Calm, resilient and unflappable under pressure
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable working with technology and using productivity tools to improve efficiency
