What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to the CMO and VP Strategy, ensuring that priorities, calendars, meetings, travel, and key activities are managed efficiently.
You will be a trusted partner in a fast-paced, international environment, working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy, HR, Product, and other areas of the business. The role may also include supporting other Management Team members when needed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, proactively identifying conflicts and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
- Arrange international travel, including handling last-minute changes and urgent requests.
- Support communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events, projects, and other business activities.
- Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports and ad hoc requests.
- Provide flexible support, including occasional travel when required.

Who we’re looking for:
You are proactive, organised, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a dynamic international environment. You have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying one step ahead.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or leadership support role.
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex schedules.
- Experience coordinating international meetings and travel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
