Role Description

The Executive Assistant role at ZAGA Capital Partners is a full-time, on-site position based in Mayfair, London. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will prepare correspondence and presentations, support document and data management, and assist in organizing internal and external events. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve acting as a key communication point for executives, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and helping maintain efficient office and administrative processes.

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
  • Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document preparation, record keeping, and office coordination.
  • Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and basic financial administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder interaction.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with MS Office or similar tools, strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in finance, real estate, or investment environments and fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage) are valued.
