HAIL Partners is working with a leading global Private Equity firm seeking an Executive Assistant to join their London team. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting senior Executives, with close involvement in Investor Relations activity alongside core EA duties. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive, high-volume diary management, juggling shifting priorities with accuracy
- Organising complex travel itineraries, anticipating needs and building in efficiencies
- Assisting with the coordination of investor meetings and roadshows, including logistics, materials and follow-up
- Helping maintain accurate investor contact records and distribution lists
- Processing invoices and expenses accurately and on time
- Collaborating with the wider EA team on shared initiatives and ways of working

Role Requirements:
- Around 3–6 years' experience in an EA/Assistant support role
- Background in private equity or a similar fast paced environment
- Comfortable working as part of a team, including stepping in to support colleagues when needed
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong work ethic, resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good instincts and interpersonal skills, building relationships quickly and easily
