Executive Assistant to Senior Partner – 12–14 Month FTC
London | Hybrid | 12–14 Month FTC
A genuinely senior 1:1 EA opportunity supporting a Senior Partner within an international law firm.
Sitting at the heart of the firm’s senior leadership structure, you’ll support across both leadership responsibilities and an active client practice. This is a role for an experienced EA who enjoys being a trusted right hand – anticipating, prioritising and making things happen.
What will you be doing?
- Managing a complex diary and inbox, often planning well ahead
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and actions
- Arranging UK and international travel
- Liaising directly with senior and high-profile clients
- Preparing the Senior Partner for meetings and client commitments
- Supporting client matters, deadlines and monthly billing
- Drafting communications and managing ad-hoc projects
- Working closely with EAs across the Senior Leadership Team

What experience do you need?

Previous experience within a partnership environment is essential, ideally within a law firm, alongside:
- Senior-level EA experience
- Complex diary, inbox and meeting management
- Strong minute-taking and process-management skills
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
- Excellent judgement, discretion and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Financial/commercial awareness and iManage experience would be advantageous.
