Executive Assistant for Private Equity Team
We're working with one of the world's leading investment managers who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Private Equity team in London. This is a fast-paced, varied role in a friendly, collaborative team with a genuine no-ego culture, based in a beautiful office in Mayfair.
Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, proactively handling competing priorities
- Coordinating significant domestic and international travel
- Managing expenses and other day-to-day administrative requirements
- Understanding the team's workstreams and keeping calendars aligned accordingly
- Helping the team stay ahead of deadlines and potential diary conflicts
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative needs as they arise

Role Requirements:
- Experience supporting a team of senior investment professionals
- Previous experience within private equity, a hedge fund or a similar industry
- Proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable in a very fast-paced environment with a lot going on
- Ability to take ownership of a busy and varied remit
