Executive Assistant – Investment Firm

Mayfair, London | £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus & Benefits | 4 Days in the Office

We’re partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to join its London office in the heart of Mayfair.

Working closely with a senior investment team, this is a busy and high-exposure role where you’ll become an integral part of the day-to-day running of the team. You’ll manage complex schedules, international travel and constantly changing priorities, ensuring the professionals you support can remain focused on the demands of the business.

They’re looking for an EA who enjoys being genuinely embedded within their team – someone who builds trusted relationships, understands how their executives operate and increasingly anticipates what needs to happen before being asked.

The environment is fast-paced and professional but highly collaborative, making this a great opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys working alongside ambitious people and wants to become a valued, long-term member of the team.

The Role

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior investment professionals.
  • Manage complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple stakeholders and international time zones.
  • Coordinate extensive UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries and end-to-end logistics.
  • Anticipate diary conflicts and changing priorities, using judgement to resolve issues proactively.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls and wider team schedules.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials and supporting documentation.
  • Manage expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and Executive Assistants across the wider global business.
  • Support team events, projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day requirements, ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
