We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing professional services firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive EA to work closely with the Operations Director and support the senior leadership team across a varied and commercially focused role.
The role is based in the London office with hybrid working available, depending on business requirements.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day EA and administrative support to the Operations Director and wider management team.
- Supporting the Managing Partner, Management Committee, Partners and Business Services Directors.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Supporting quarterly partner and leadership meetings.
- Assisting with key business projects, including strategic reviews, change projects, mergers and acquisitions.
- Carrying out research on a range of business and operational topics.
- Assisting with the review and updating of company policies and procedures.
- Managing and maintaining accurate filing systems and databases.
- Supporting the management of the central business mailbox and coordinating cover.
- Assisting with invoices, budgets and contracts where required.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Providing support to the wider Operations team when required.

About You
- 3–4+ years’ experience in a PA/EA or similar role.
- Experience within a professional services environment is desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused, with a good common-sense approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfortable working across a varied role and getting involved in projects outside of traditional EA duties.
- Discreet and trustworthy, with experience handling confidential information.
