Executive Assistant / PA to Senior Management Partner
London | Office-Based (5 Days Per Week) with ad hoc Working from Home.
Very competitive with annual bonus (currently circa 20%) + Paid Overtime.
We are searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant/PA to support a small senior partner and management team in a successful boutique law firm.
This is a dedicated EA role requiring proactive and traditional PA skills. We are looking for somebody who thrives under pressure, can anticipate needs, and is comfortable operating at a senior level with some management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities and experience:
- Monitoring and managing private and business emails
- Handling often substantial dictation and other correspondence
- Managing a team of PAs
- Proactive diary management and wide liaison skills
- Day-to-day executive and client support
- Rapid decision-making and delegation skills
- Experience in the legal sector
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Managing and organising competing priorities in a busy environment
- Handling sensitive business information
