At the NSPCC, every childhood is worth fighting for.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can operate as a trusted partner to two Executive Directors, helping them focus on the work that matters most.

This is far more than a diary management role.

We're seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confident Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in a complex and fast-paced environment. You'll act as a trusted gatekeeper, manage competing priorities, build strong relationships across the organisation, and ensure our Executive Directors are equipped with the information, support, and insight they need to be effective every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative support to our Finance and Control Director and our People and Culture Director, acting as their first point of contact and helping maximise their effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing complex diaries, priorities, and requests so leaders can focus on the work that matters most.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact, using sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinating meetings, papers, actions, travel, and accommodation.
  • Preparing briefs, research, correspondence, presentations, and reports to support effective decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
