Executive Assistant
Private Equity
Permanent
Up to £80K
8:30am – 5:30pm + out of hours support
Green Park, fully office-based
5-EASJ/SD
The Client:
A boutique private equity firm in beautiful centrally located offices. The firm has a small but close-knit EA team and around 50 in the London office altogether.
Ideal applicants will be available at no more than 1 month's notice, however up to 3 month notice periods will be considered.
The Executive Assistant Role:
This is a permanent position supporting a small team up to Partner level. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary management
- Complex meeting coordination, including multiple monthly board meetings
- Inbox management
- Travel arrangements – predominantly European, with quarterly trips to the US and occasional travel to the Middle East and Asia
- Light-touch personal support to the Partner
- Ad-hoc support to the wider EA team during periods of absence
- Ad-hoc administrative support.

Please note that this role is supporting a team of 3, however the successful candidate will provide cover to another EA in the team during periods of holiday or absence. This will be for another 3-4 individuals.
Candidate Specification:
- Private Equity / Deal team experience is essential
- Proven experience of supporting at Partner / C-Suite level
- Boutique company experience is desirable however candidates from large corporates will be considered
- Proactive approach and able to manage upwards where necessary
- Strong team-player – muck-in, collaborative approach

Additional Information:
- Salary up to £80K depending on experience
- Excellent market-leading benefits – 30 days holiday, 10% pension and a discretionary bonus

- Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm with expectation to support out of hours during particularly busy periods
