Executive Assistant (Permanent)

📍 Notting Hill, London | 💰 £40,000-£60,000 + Benefits | 🏢 5 Days On-Site

Robert Half are partnering on a unique Executive Assistant opportunity supporting an influential figure in business, philanthropy and social impact.

This role offers the chance to work closely with a globally recognised leader in impact investing and social innovation. Working alongside their Chief of Staff, you'll become a trusted partner responsible for ensuring the smooth running of an international schedule whilst supporting a network of senior leaders, government representatives and high-profile stakeholders.

🌟 The Role

This is a traditional Executive Assistant role with a focus on diary management, international travel, stakeholder engagement and executive support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple international time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and ground transport
  • Managing emails, invitations, correspondence and key communications
  • Drafting professional communications on behalf of the principal
  • Acting as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, business leaders and VIP contacts
  • Preparing documents, meeting materials and briefing packs
  • Maintaining contact databases and important records
  • Coordinating occasional personal and household-related matters
  • Liaising with drivers, suppliers and external service providers
  • Providing seamless support with exceptional attention to detail

👤 About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, discreet and proactive, with the confidence to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.

You'll likely have:

  • 2-5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar support role
  • Experience supporting a senior executive, founder, principal or high-profile individual
  • Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft polished, professional emails
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A professional, polished and highly discreet approach
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar productivity platforms
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
