We are a growing Hardware and SaaS business in the for-profit sector, offering a CRM platform designed to empower for-profit entities through Blockchain technology. Founded by a couple of poly-entrepreneurs, we are on a mission to scale our services and enhance our social media presence.
About The Role
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Personal VA and Executive Assistant to support our founder in managing both professional and academic commitments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our SaaS business, enhancing our social media engagement, and supporting project management and client interaction.

What You'll Do
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings and optimizing time allocation for software development, business management, and academic research.
- Project Oversight: Overseeing project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved, and facilitating communication across our development team.
- Social Media Strategy: Crafting and executing a social media strategy, content creation, and engagement to boost our online presence and announce new features.
- User Feedback Integration: Collecting client feedback and incorporating it into our product development cycle to enhance user satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assisting in managing sales processes and supporting our Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- General Administration: Performing tasks such as email management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools.
- A strong understanding of software development processes and terminology is a plus.
- Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workplace application proficiency
The Pay Range For This Role Is
25 - 40 USD per hour(Reston Office)
