We're recruiting on behalf of our client, an extremely successful manufacturing business, who are looking for an experienced Executive PA to support their Finance Director.
This is a high-responsibility role for an Executive PA who is confident providing both business and personal support, managing complex priorities and working across multiple projects. You'll act as a trusted right hand to the Finance Director, supporting with diary and inbox management, travel, finances, Board and governance requirements, while ensuring they are fully prepared and supported at all times.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive PA supporting at senior level across both business and personal matters
- Experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel and confidential correspondence
- Previous experience supporting Board meetings, governance requirements and senior-level projects
- Comfortable managing personal and business finances, including expenses, invoices and tax-related administration
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident acting as a gatekeeper and liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership from day one
