Role Overview

As our new Executive Assistant, you’ll provide trusted, high-level support to senior leaders, helping them stay focused on key priorities and operate at their best. You’ll play a central role in coordinating activity across the Group, ensuring priorities are aligned, communication is clear, and plans are delivered effectively.

As part of our employee-owned business, you’ll also have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to how we work together and deliver our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring effective agendas, communication, and follow-up.
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials, acting as a trusted gatekeeper for senior stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and providing timely updates.
  • Conduct research and analyse data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
