About the Client:

Our client is a boutique private equity firm with a global presence! They are looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant to join the London office for a fixed-term period, to cover a maternity leave.

About the Executive Assistant Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a team-driven and personable individual who is looking to work with a genuinely collaborative, friendly, and team-driven environment. The role will support up a team of eight, including an MD. The position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. The responsibilities will include:

Additional Information:

  • Fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months. There is the potential for extension however this is not guaranteed
  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week
  • Core hours are 9.30am - 5pm, with flexibility to support outside this as and when required
  • West End office location
