Salary
£38,000–£42,000 per annum, plus a generous and achievable bonus scheme

Location
Central London

Working Pattern
Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday), with occasional opportunities to work remotely where business needs allow.

The Opportunity

The Opportunity Hub UK is recruiting on behalf of a growing, purpose-led organisation seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO while contributing to the smooth running of the wider business.

This is a varied and hands-on position that goes beyond traditional executive support. Alongside managing the CEO's day-to-day priorities, you will play an important role in business operations, internal coordination, team activities and office administration. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same and will enjoy taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and general administration
  • Assist the wider leadership team with business support and administrative tasks
  • Help maintain an organised and efficient office environment, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day operational support
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including technology setup, inductions and internal communications
  • Organise internal events, team activities, client hospitality and small business gatherings
  • Create, update and maintain internal documentation and resources using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Prepare professional presentations, templates and visual materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar software
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, organisation and administrative efficiency
  • Support cross-functional projects as required, working closely with colleagues across the business

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is naturally organised. You should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Business Support position
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events or business activities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Confidence learning new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience supporting a sales function and/or HR team would be advantageous
  • Availability to work full-time from the Central London office
