We are recruiting for the highest level of Business EA, who has longevity in their current and previous roles and who can make a real difference to this busy business owner's life!

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will provide top-level Executive Assistance to a successful business owner. You should be well-organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the CEO's behalf.

  • Calendar management
  • Aid in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests
  • Attend meetings and take meaningful notes and follow ups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
