Executive Assistant – Leading Hedge Fund | London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits | Hybrid working
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global hedge fund, supporting two Investment Analysts who work closely with a wider team of senior investment professionals.
You’ll join an established team of several other EAs in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, providing first-class administrative and organizational support at the heart of the investment business.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders
- Arranging business travel, itineraries, and conference logistics
- Processing expenses via Concur and preparing meeting materials
- Acting as a key point of contact between Analysts and the wider investment team

About you:
- Experienced EA, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Confident supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong diary management, travel coordination, and expense management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a demanding environment
