Role: Executive Assistant
Randstad are currently working in partnership with a growing Charity Business based in North West London to recruit an experienced, diligent and professional Executive Assistant to join an already established and supportive office support function.
This dynamic individual will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Director with administration, organisational support and high level business support assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Support: Act as a trusted operational partner to the Director, managing priorities, preparing briefings, and supporting decision-making through data analysis.
- Clinical Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day coordination of clinical services, maintain operational workflows, and monitor capacity and waiting lists.
- Clinical Events & Programme Delivery: End-to-end management of therapeutic groups, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder events (including logistics, venue sourcing, and budgeting).
- Financial Oversight: Handle invoice processing and reconciliation, monitor expenditure against budgets, and support financial forecasting and reporting.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards, and coordinate regular audits.
- Meetings & Team Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, agendas, minute-taking, action tracking, and staff/volunteer onboarding.
