Meet the Team

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders, including C-Suite. This role is ideal for a polished professional with 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services. The successful candidate will be a strong multitasker, exercise sound judgment, and operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. This is a 5 days in office role.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior professionals.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense processing.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a comparable administrative role supporting multiple senior professionals.
  • Prior experience in financial services or another high-performance, deadline-driven environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and dependable approach, with a hands-on, no-task-too-small mindset.
