Executive Assistant

Location: London

Role Type: 6 months (Possibility of extension)

Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office

Salary: £153.85 + Holiday: £18.57 = Total Pay: £172.42

The Role

Our client is a leading global professional services organisation supporting businesses across a range of industries and international markets. The organisation provides specialist advisory and business services, helping clients manage complex challenges, improve performance and achieve their strategic objectives.

What you'll do

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, and liaise with senior stakeholders, clients and support teams.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documents, presentations and reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and materials, ensuring attendees are appropriately vetted and arrangements meet management requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day administration, including expenses, receipts, documentation and ad hoc projects.
  • Provide seamless cover and support across the wider EA team while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
  • Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives, proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency and overall team performance.

What you bring

  • Relevant experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong experience in diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings and expense management.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and identify opportunities to improve processes.
