Executive Assistant
Financial Services
Temporary – Holiday Cover
Location: Mayfair, Office-based
Pay: £34 per hour, plus holiday pay
About the Role
A leading global investment firm is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to join its temporary pool, providing ad hoc holiday cover throughout the year.
Duties
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
- Coordinating meetings and schedules across different teams
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses and supporting general administration
- Providing support to senior stakeholders across the business
- Picking up additional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day support

Requirements for Successful EAs
- Have strong PA/EA experience gained within financial services
- Be confident stepping into new teams and quickly getting up to speed
- Have excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Be polished, proactive, and comfortable supporting senior individuals
- Enjoy the flexibility of ongoing temporary assignments of varying lengths
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills
