We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our lively and fast-paced team in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a key part of a forward-thinking organisation, providing essential support to senior management and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Hours of Work: full time

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide dedicated support to the MD and senior leadership team.
  • Prepare meeting minutes.
  • Organise complex travel arrangements including hotels, flights, and trains.
  • Create detailed itineraries.
  • Manage travel receipts.
  • Calculate and provide Daily Allowance (DA).
  • Prepare memos and acknowledgment forms.
  • Arrange meetings with agents and stakeholders.
  • Collect monthly reports.
  • Coordinate important meetings such as MANCOMM and Monthly Compliance Committee (MCC).
  • Assist with quarterly board preparations.
  • Handle day-to-day communications.
  • Support other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar secretarial role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly.
