Temporary Executive Assistant to CEO– Real Estate Division (Insurance Firm, Liverpool Street)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office / 1 day from home
Rate: Equivalent to £65–£70k permanent (paid hourly)
We’re supporting a leading insurance firm with a high-performing real estate division who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support during a period of growth and organisational change. This is a brilliant opportunity for a polished, proactive EA who thrives in a corporate, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management and scheduling for senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, briefing packs and follow-up actions
- Managing international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Inbox management, prioritising communications and drafting responses
- Preparing documents, presentations and board-level materials
- Supporting leadership with project coordination and operational tasks
- Handling confidential information with absolute discretion

🔹 About You
- Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within Insurance, Real Estate or Legal
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to anticipate needs
- Confident managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Immediately available or on short notice
