Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Partner and two senior executives
Salary
Up to £70,000 plus generous bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones for the Managing Partner and senior executives
- Extensive international travel arrangements and detailed itinerary management
- Acting as a true business partner and gatekeeper to senior leadership
- Coordinating meetings, board level engagements and stakeholder communications
- Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Supporting with events, projects and ad hoc business initiatives
- Providing some private support to the Managing Partner where required
- Managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism

What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For?
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives within investment management, asset management, private equity, hedge funds or wider financial services
- Exceptional diary management and international travel coordination experience
- Experience supporting C Suite or Partner level stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to build trusted relationships
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Highly proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Professional, resilient and confident working within a high performing environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
