Executive Assistant to C-Suite - 12 Month FTC to perm

London | £65,000–£75,000 | Hybrid – 3 days onsite

We’re working with a highly regarded organisation to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the view to go permanent.

This is a senior EA position supporting at C-suite level within a complex international environment. We’re looking for someone polished, charismatic and confident who can operate as a genuine right hand to a senior executive while building strong relationships across the wider organisation.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the executive’s time, priorities and international commitments are managed seamlessly.

This is a fast-moving role with significant global exposure, so we’re particularly interested in EAs who have supported senior executives within large, international organisations such as financial services, professional services, banking or global corporates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
