Executive Assistant to Investment Partner & CFO

Boutique Private Equity | Central London | Up to £65,000

A highly respected private equity firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support an Investment Partner and CFO in a varied and fast-paced role. Based in beautiful Central London offices, you'll join a friendly, collaborative team where people are genuinely valued. This is a business with an impressive track record, but a refreshingly down-to-earth culture that encourages ownership, teamwork, and professional growth.

The Role

Supporting two senior leaders on a 50:50 basis, you'll provide high-level EA support alongside financial and operational administration.

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Travel coordination and logistics
  • Preparing presentations and meeting materials
  • Managing expenses and invoices

About You

  • EA experience within private equity, financial services, or a similar environment
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence using Excel and working with numbers
  • A collaborative, team-first approach
  • An interest in AI tools and process improvement
