Business & Private PA – International Family Office
London | £60,000–£65,000 | Flexible Working | International Travel
We’re partnering with an established international family office to appoint a highly capable Business & Private PA to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a Principal whose commitments span London, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.
This is a highly trusted, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, international travel, and working closely with their Principal. You’ll take ownership of a constantly evolving schedule, coordinating everything from business meetings and complex global travel to private appointments, social engagements, and day-to-day personal arrangements.
The role requires considerable flexibility. While predominantly London-based, your working location will vary depending on the Principal’s schedule, with time spent working remotely, from the Principal’s London residence, and from the family office. You’ll also accompany the Principal internationally when required, particularly across the Middle East.
The relationship will be central to the role. They are looking for someone discreet, resourceful, and highly dependable who can build genuine trust, understand how the Principal likes to operate, and increasingly anticipate what is needed without waiting to be asked.
The Role
- Provide dedicated one-to-one business and private PA support to the Principal.
- Take ownership of a complex and frequently changing international diary.
- Coordinate extensive global travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Accompany the Principal on international travel when required.
- Manage business meetings, appointments, and professional commitments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate private appointments, reservations, social engagements, and personal arrangements.
- Organise business and private events, dinners, and other engagements.
- Liaise with family office colleagues, advisers, household staff, and external contacts.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, airlines, restaurants, and other international suppliers.
- Handle sensitive business and personal matters with complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot last-minute changes and ensure arrangements continue to run seamlessly.
- Take ownership of ad hoc requests and follow everything through from start to finish.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
