C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team EA for a leading Private Equity firm within the Technology sector
Offering £50,000 to £60,000, based in London's West End, with 5 days per week in the office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, growing organisation and support a high performing Technology Deal Team alongside two experienced Senior EAs.

Position:
Team EA supporting a busy Technology Deal Team and senior executives involved in global deals
Salary:
£50,000 to £60,000 plus generous bonus
Hybrid set up:
Fully office based, 5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this Team EA position:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for senior executives
- Global travel coordination and itinerary management
- Expense management and processing
- Supporting deal activity and managing changing priorities
- Liaising with technology clients and external stakeholders
- Providing seamless team support in a fast paced environment
- Building strong relationships across the wider business
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a Team EA, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Experience working within a fast paced and high intensity environment such as Private Equity, Financial Services, Fintech, Technology or AI sectors
- Outstanding diary management, coordination and organisational skills
- Highly responsive, proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in technology, AI and innovation
- Positive energy and a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
