About the Company:
A high-performing boutique Private Equity firm in the Green Park area with international exposure and a collaborative, close-knit assistant team. The business have around 50 in the beautiful London offices and offer excellent additional benefits.
About the Role:
Supporting a small team up to Partner level, this role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Complex diary management and coordinating meetings
- Complex international travel logistics, including flights and hotels
- Expense management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including LPs
- Preparing documents and meeting materials
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team
- Covering for other EAs as and when required.

Candidate Specification:
- Previous EA experience at a similar level (Partner / MD) (essential)
- Experience within Private Equity / deal-driven environment (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience of being client or investor facing would be advantageous
- Proactive, collaborative and able to use initiative
- Previous exposure to Investor Relations would be highly desirable.

Additional Information:
- 12-14 month fixed-term contract commencing September 2026
- Competitive salary plus completion bonus

- Fully office-based
- Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, with out of hours support required from time to time.
