Primary Responsibilities

The candidate selected will provide reliable, proactive, and confidential administrative support to the European Real Estate Equity team. The position is responsible for administrative support duties including, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate travel planning and handle expense management for complex and worldwide travel
  • Calendar management (scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, reserving meeting space, ensuring technology is set up)
  • Responsible for meeting management, including developing agendas, taking notes, and driving action items to completion
  • Coordinate events and team gatherings
  • Develop and/or edit presentations and talking points to help the team prepare for meetings
  • Managing documentation, data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Other special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing administrative support in a highly professional and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skillset utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat, Concur
  • Experience booking complex domestic and international travel
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Assists colleagues outside regular duties to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Takes initiative in problem solving and ownership of tasks
  • High sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
