Role: Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary: starting at £50,000

Location: Lacock, Wiltshire

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Stonegate is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Owner & CEO in a unique and highly influential role. This is far more than a traditional executive support position. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into the day-to-day life of a dynamic entrepreneur, becoming a trusted confidant, ambassador, and strategic partner. The role supports the CEO across Stonegate Food Group and a wider portfolio of business interests, helping to manage priorities, optimise time, and ensure key objectives are delivered.

You will operate at the heart of several ambitious and fast-growing businesses, gaining exposure to executive leadership, commercial strategy, investment opportunities, and business growth initiatives.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership, and takes pride in being the person who quietly ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:

Acting as an extension of the CEO, you'll coordinate complex diaries, international travel, and stakeholder engagements, whilst serving as a key gatekeeper and ambassador both internally and externally. You'll prepare executive-level communications, reports, and presentations, support strategic projects, organise board and leadership meetings, and ensure actions are effectively followed through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
