Executive Assistant

You’ll be joining a rapidly growing technical company with an ambitious future, a positive culture and a highly motivated team.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll become a trusted and valued part of the business, helping to manage priorities, coordinate projects and ensure important actions keep moving forward.

You’ll have exposure to senior-level decision-making, business projects, team initiatives and the day-to-day operations of a growing company.

This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, with free onsite parking.

What you’ll be doing

Executive Support

  • Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, reports and documentation for management and board meetings
  • Track actions and ensure key priorities are followed through
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion

Projects & Business Operations

  • Support a range of company projects and business initiatives
  • Coordinate training events, meetings and team activities
  • Act as a key link between senior leadership and the wider team
  • Document and improve internal processes
  • Create simple reporting dashboards, trackers and management information
  • Help improve operational processes as the company continues to grow
  • Identify potential blockers and help ensure actions and projects stay on track

Who this role is for

This role would suit an organised and proactive EA, PA, Project Coordinator or business support professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to make a genuine contribution to a growing business.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident coordinating projects and following actions through to completion
  • Comfortable working with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, discreet and trusted with confidential information
  • Confident using technology and interested in how AI and automation can improve the way a business operates
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership
  • Happy working collaboratively within an office-based team

A degree is preferred, although relevant experience and the ability to demonstrate the right skills are equally important.

You’ll need to be comfortable being predominantly office-based, happy to share the office with a friendly dog and willing to complete a background check at offer stage.
