About the Role

You would primarily support a collaborative MD who is an important figure within the firm, with lighter touch support to 2-3 others on his team.

This is a traditional Executive Assistant role where the pace is fast and plans are always changing. Day to day includes:

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • At least 1 year of experience within private equity or the private markets space
  • Experience with complex diaries and travel coordination
  • 5 days a week in office
