Are you a highly organised right-hand person who takes genuine pride in making things run smoothly? If you love a checklist, thrive on ownership and get satisfaction from helping others succeed, this could be the role for you.

Chalkhill Blue is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to become a trusted right-hand person to the Directors, Rachel and Chris, who run and own a number of successful businesses. Chalkhill Blue is a strategic business advisory firm, working with ambitious SME owners on growth, scale-up, exit and transformation, helping them achieve measurable results and long-term value. The role is based in the Brinkworth, Wiltshire offices, working 18 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility on working hours pattern. You'll enjoy close daily contact with the Directors, real variety in your day-to-day work and the chance to make a genuine difference in a growing, ambitious business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
