Description

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritise accordingly.
  • Organise and manage key meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidential records and files with accuracy and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leadership as required.

A successful EA should have:

  • Internal Communication
