Executive Assistant: Real Estate
Leading UK Law Firm
Baker Street
Up to £50,000
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Commercial Real Estate team of a leading UK law firm. Based in modern offices close to Baker Street, you will play a key role in providing high-level support to Partners and fee earners within a busy and well-regarded team. Experience in any area of law will be considered.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide seamless administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of the team and enabling the lawyers to deliver exceptional client service. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
- Preparing and amending legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Handling billing, expenses, and file management
- Coordinating team events and assisting with wider departmental administration
What They're Looking For
- Previous experience as an EA or Legal PA, in any area of law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A flexible, team-focused approach and a commitment to excellence
