Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership | London
Permanent | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
An Executive Assistant opportunity where the people you support are just as impressive as the role itself.
We're recruiting for a highly regarded London law firm seeking an experienced EA to support members of its senior leadership team. The stakeholders are accomplished, engaging individuals who genuinely value exceptional executive support. They're looking for more than someone to manage their diaries. They want a trusted right-hand person, someone who can represent them confidently, anticipate their needs and, over time, become a valued sounding board.
With a fascinating client base including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, prominent families and international businesses, this is an opportunity offering variety, responsibility and genuine senior leadership exposure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
