Administrative Business Partner – Tech / Global Corporate
Location: Central London (Hybrid: Tuesday to Thursday in office)
Pay Rate: £26.92 per hour
Contract Duration: Multiple options available (6-month cover & 11-month contract)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, regular business hours)
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to join a world-leading global technology company. In this role, you will provide critical administrative, logistical, and operational support to senior executives, key teams, and site leadership. You will navigate fast-paced environments with confidence, using sound judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills to manage complex scheduling, site operations, and high-visibility projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Proactively schedule, maintain, and resolve conflicts across complex calendar schedules, accounting for global time zones and executive priorities.
- Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, passports, tech support, and post-travel documentation.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Prepare executive meeting materials, agendas, and note-taking. Plan and execute small to medium-scale internal/external events (off-sites, summits, tech talks, culture initiatives).
- Office & Space Planning: Collaborate with Real Estate Workplace Services (REWS) to manage team space allocations, office moves, and workplace needs.
- Expenses & Budgeting: Process invoices, purchase orders, and travel expenses in compliance with company policies.
- Site Culture & Community: Actively contribute to site-wide culture programs, internal communications, and local ABP community initiatives.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Partner role (4+ years preferred).
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in complex calendar management, global travel coordination, event planning, and expense reporting.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal leadership and external partners.
- Confidentiality: Highest standards of discretion and policy adherence.
