Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Reporting to: Partners

About Index Launch Capital

Index Launch Capital partners with ambitious entrepreneurs to build and scale successful businesses. Our portfolio currently includes ten brands, each with its own leadership, priorities and operational requirements. We provide our partners with the funding, infrastructure and support needed to launch and grow their businesses.

We are looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our partners, portfolio companies and wider office.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least two years of professional experience who wants to build a career in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

You will help manage the partners’ diaries, coordinate activity across our ten brands and ensure the day-to-day running of the office. You will also help track actions, arrange meetings, prepare information and make sure important tasks are completed.

You do not need previous investment experience. We are looking for someone who is bright, dependable, organised and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage diaries, appointments and meeting schedules for the partners.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries when required.
  • Organise meetings and prepare agendas and relevant documents.
  • Take clear meeting notes and maintain action lists.
  • Follow up with colleagues to ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • Help partners prioritise requests and manage competing commitments.
  • Prepare documents, presentations and basic reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Portfolio Coordination

  • Help coordinate communication across ten portfolio brands.
  • Maintain calendars of important meetings, deadlines and events.
  • Arrange meetings between the partners, founders and wider teams.
  • Keep accurate records of key actions and decisions.
  • Follow up with founders and colleagues on outstanding tasks.
  • Help organise portfolio reviews, planning sessions and company updates.
  • Support the onboarding of new founders and portfolio businesses.
  • Maintain shared documents, trackers and administrative systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
