Executive Assistant
Wise May are recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a fast growing Global Digital Transformation Leader to support the President of Europe and Executive Vice President (EVP). This is a pivotal role within a fast paced, international organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities across a global business.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Executive Assistant duties
- Providing high-level EA support to the President of Europe and an EVP.
- Managing a complex and constantly changing diary, proactively prioritising commitments and protecting the President and EVP’s time.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including arranging meeting rooms and managing logistics.
- Extensive international travel management, including planning detailed itineraries and liaising with the travel providers.
- Preparing briefing materials ahead of meetings and international travel, researching stakeholders and gathering relevant information from across the business.
- Managing expenses and other day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Providing proactive support to the President and EVP during a period of significant growth and organisational change.
- Using technology and AI tools to improve organisation, efficiency and executive productivity.

Executive Assistant experience required
- Experience supporting executives across US time zones within a global matrix organisation.
- Strong Senior EA experience supporting an Executive Director or equivalent senior leader.
- Confident using AI and technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent and complex diary management experience.
- Strong international travel management experience.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Discreet, professional and confident in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
