Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB
We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
Salary: £Competitive DOE, plus extensive benefits
Contract type: Permanent
Employment type: Full time
Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

What you’ll be doing?
- Manage a complex and fast-paced executive diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated and time is used efficiently
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, proactively identifying scheduling challenges and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials and supporting documentation to enable effective decision-making
- Provide comprehensive support for Board and executive leadership meetings, including planning, logistics and follow-up actions
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of Board papers, presentations and other executive communications
- Act as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective relationships
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required
- Organise leadership events, company meetings and other business activities, managing all associated logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless planning and contingency management where needed
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion, while supporting projects, reporting and continuous improvements across the executive office
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience providing executive support to a CEO, Executive Team member, or Board-level stakeholder within a fast-paced business environment
- Demonstrated experience coordinating senior leadership or Board meetings, including agendas, papers, logistics and action tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, proofread and manage professional correspondence for a range of audiences
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities effectively
- Experience building positive working relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with the ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations and reports
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, events and executive-level meetings across multiple locations and time zones
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify improvements and work independently
- Sound judgement, resilience and adaptability, with the ability to remain effective in a dynamic and high-pressure environment

- Experience supporting a publicly listed, regulated, private equity-backed or investor-backed business
- Exposure to corporate governance, company secretarial or Board administration processes
- Experience supporting investor relations activities, including shareholder meetings, results presentations or investor events
