Executive Assistant | Senior-Level Support | £40,000–£45,000

Are you the EA who is always one step ahead? The person senior leaders trust to make things happen?

We’re looking for a standout Executive Assistant with strong legal and corporate experience to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

This is so much more than diary management. We’re looking for someone who thrives at senior level, thinks ahead, moves quickly, handles pressure brilliantly and genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps everything, and everyone, on track.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven senior-level EA experience, supporting C-suite executives, partners or senior leadership
  • Experience within a legal, corporate or professional services environment
  • Exceptional diary, meeting, travel and inbox management skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
  • A professional, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
